Here's how it goes...

Schedule a call with an expert
This is a 30 minute consultation where we learn about you, your travel wishlist, your travel style, you budget, and what kind of trip you're excited about. This is free of charge and no obligation to use our services (but why wouldn't you?).

Itinerary approval
After the itinerary is perfect for you, you will approve the proposal and make your deposit payment so we can lock in everything for you. We will send an email with some local FAQs and a suggested packing list for your destination!

Pre-arrival information
Approximately 3 weeks prior to your arrival, you will receive a huge pre-arrival email with locals-only, proprietary information about your destination, a full travel guide with restaurant recommendations, things to explore on your own, and other tips and tricks!

We customize a first draft itinerary
Within the next few days following our initial call, we will send a first-draft itinerary to give you a visual of what we would recommend for you. Love it? Awesome. Don't like certain components of the trip? We change it until it's perfect for you!

Get excited!
Now you just get super excited for your trip! If there's any changes you'd like to make along the way, anything you've changed your mind about, we can switch it up. You have until 35 days prior to your arrival to make changes! We will collect some information from you during this time such as flight details and passport information.

Travel time!
Now you're on your way! And we are here for you to support you with our in-country support team- Lucky Travelers Chat. You just need WhatsApp on your phone and we will add you to this chat 1 day prior to your arrival!
